This Policy applies to information collected through the Services, including when you create an account, run or participate in Campaigns, upload content, communicate with us, or visit our Site. This Policy does not cover third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) or third-party services linked from our Services; their policies apply.

Our Services are intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We process personal data in line with applicable UAE data protection requirements, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Concerning the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and related regulatory guidance/requirements (as applicable).

Important free-zone note: If any processing is performed within DIFC or ADGM, additional free-zone data protection regimes may apply.

We collect information in three ways: (A) you provide, (B) automatically, (C) from third parties.

A) Information You Provide

• Account data: name, email, phone, company name, role, login credentials (stored securely).
• Campaign data: briefs, content links, instructions, social handles, reporting preferences.
• User Content: images, videos, brand assets, text you upload/submit.
• Communications: support requests, messages, feedback.

B) Automatically Collected

• Device/technical: IP address, browser/device type, OS, language, referral URLs, timestamps.
• Usage: pages viewed, clicks, session events, diagnostics and logs.
• Approximate location: inferred from IP (city/country level).

C) From Third Parties

• Service providers: hosting, analytics, security, payments.
• Campaign counterparties: agencies/brands/creators may provide data needed to run Campaigns.

We may use cookies, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, security, and measuring performance. You can manage cookies via browser settings; disabling cookies may affect functionality.

We use personal data to:

1. provide and operate the Services and Campaigns;
2. process payments and prevent fraud;
3. communicate (service notices, support, security alerts);
4. analyze, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
5. protect safety and integrity, enforce Terms;
6. comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
7. send marketing messages where permitted (you can opt out).

We may also create aggregated/de-identified data and use it for analytics and reporting.

Where required under UAE PDPL, we process personal data based on one or more of the following bases (as applicable to the context):

• your consent (e.g., marketing communications where required);
• performance of a contract (to deliver Services/Campaigns you request);
• legal obligation (compliance, lawful requests);
• legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving Services), where not overridden by your rights.

(We will obtain consent where the law requires it and provide appropriate opt-outs.)

We do not sell personal data.

We may share personal data with:

A) Vendors / Processors

Hosting, analytics, customer support tools, communications, payment processing, security providers — only as needed to provide Services and under appropriate protections.

B) Campaign Participants

To run Campaigns we may share limited data necessary for execution (e.g., brief, instructions, links/assets, coordination contact where needed, performance reporting).

C) Legal / Safety

To comply with law, legal process, enforce Terms, and protect rights and safety.

D) Business Transfers

In a merger/acquisition/reorganization/sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to safeguards.

E) With Your Consent

When you instruct us to share.

We may process and store data using service providers outside the UAE. Where required, we will implement safeguards and legal mechanisms consistent with UAE PDPL requirements for transfers and ensure an appropriate level of protection.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described (service delivery, compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, security, and business records). Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

In case of a personal data breach, we will take steps to investigate, mitigate, and comply with applicable notification duties. Under the UAE PDPL, controllers must report breaches to the competent authority and notify affected individuals when a breach may prejudice their privacy/confidentiality/security, as applicable.

(For DIFC/ADGM processing, breach notification timelines/requirements may differ.)

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request:

• access to your personal data;
• correction/rectification;
• deletion/erasure (in certain cases);
• restriction or objection to processing (in certain cases);
• withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
